Farm-to-table bistro

Loam & Larder

The menu changes weekly. The app keeps up.

Loam & Larder rotates 70% of their menu every Tuesday based on what their two partner farms deliver. Their old website couldn't keep up — items lingered for weeks, and guests showed up expecting dishes that hadn't been on the pass in a month.

We built a chef-editable menu backend where dishes go live the moment they're plated, complete with ingredient-provenance cards that name the farm and grower. A market-basket subscription tab turned regulars into weekly members.

The menu on the app matches the menu on the plate — same day, every day. That used to be impossible.
