Poke Atlas built a cult following on a build-your-own bowl format, but the in-store touchscreen kiosks jammed at lunch rush and their marketplace listing was quietly reformatting every modifier. They wanted the exact bowl experience — nine steps, no confusion — on every customer's phone.
We rebuilt the builder as a nine-step guided flow with allergen filters, calorie math per step, and one-tap save-a-bowl. Regulars now reorder in under twelve seconds. Lunch throughput doubled without adding a single line-cook.
