Why so fast: we run every project on the same battle-tested pattern library used to build the six interactive demos on this site. Ordering, cart math, payments, loyalty, and push are already solved — your project is menu, brand, and integrations, not framework decisions.
Discovery call
Wk 1A 60-minute working session. We walk through your menu, brand, ordering flow, POS setup, and payment processor. You leave with a written scope you can sign the same day.
What we need from you

Signed scope + written 6-week timeline with named dates.
Design sprint
Wk 1–2We design every screen your customers will see, in your brand, and give you a Figma prototype you can tap through on your own phone. Two rounds of feedback are baked in.

Tappable Figma prototype + approved visual system.
Build & test
Wk 3–5Engineering builds the real iOS + Android app against the approved design. In parallel, we wire up Stripe payouts, push notifications, and (if applicable) POS sync. Week 5 is dedicated to staff QA on real devices.

Production build on your devices + staff-trained on the admin dashboard.
Launch & iterate
Wk 6We submit to the App Store and Google Play, ship a landing page, and turn on push. Care-plan work starts Wk 7 with weekly menu edits, review-prompt tuning, and metrics.
