But what if…
What if I switch POS later?
You keep your app and we re-point the sync in a day. The customer-facing app doesn't change — no re-download, no store re-review, no lost orders.
Do you see my sales data?
Only the aggregates we need to keep the app healthy — order counts, error rates, payout status. Your customer PII stays in your Stripe and CRM accounts.
Who owns the customer list?
You do, always. We export it to your Mailchimp or Klaviyo on day one and refresh it every night, so if you ever leave BiteStax™ the list leaves with you.
What if Stripe raises rates?
You feel it, we don't — because we take zero per transaction. Payments are pass-through at your processor's published rate.
Do I need to cancel my current online ordering?
Not on day one. We run the new app alongside your existing setup, watch a full week of orders, then help you switch when the numbers say it's ready.
What if an integration breaks?
Your care plan includes on-call monitoring for every wired integration. If the POS webhook stops firing at 7pm on a Friday, we know before you do.
