Kanpai Ramen was fighting a 40-minute wait at every location and losing an entire dinner turn to third-party pickup runners crowding the counter. The team wanted an app that felt like their bar — moody neon, precise, unmistakably theirs — and finally made pickup predictable.

We built a location-aware ordering flow with staggered pickup windows, a broth-of-the-day feature that swaps live from the kitchen dashboard, and a slurp-club rewards program that punches for every bowl instead of every dollar.
