Dockside seafood shack

Buoy Seafood Co.

Off the boat. Onto the app. Into the bag.

Buoy Seafood Co. runs a walk-up dock shack that lives and dies on the daily catch. Their marketplace listing kept showing sold-out items for six hours after they ran out, and repeat customers were driving up only to be told the swordfish was gone.

We built a daily-catch app tied directly to the counter's tablet — items go live and sold-out in one tap. A boat-in-view push notification tells regulars the second a delivery lands, and a pre-order deposit flow keeps the Saturday lobster roll rush from swallowing the shack.
